  9. This bootpic-viewer takes full advantage of the Picasso96-
  10. gfx-board-software-features. Unlike the others, this viewer
  11. saves the pictures as raw-data and can load them directly
  12. into the Picasso-bitmap.
  13. Another important feature is that the screen only exists in
  14. gfx-board memory. So during boot no extra amiga memory is used
  15. and fragmentation is minimized.

  38. Dieser Bootbild-Anzeiger nutzt die Funktionen der Picasso96
  39. Grafikkarten-Software. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Anzeigern speichert
  40. ShowAmiga96 die Bilder als Rohdaten, wodurch sie direkt in die
  41. Picasso-Bitmap geladen werden können.
  42. Eine weitere Besonderheit ist, daß die Bilddaten nur im Grafik-
  43. kartenspeicher existieren. So wird während des Bootvorgangs
  44. nicht unnötig Amiga-Speicher verschwendet und die Fragmentierung
  45. minimiert.
